Position Summary:
About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and execute highly targeted, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across Redaptive's key verticals: Industrial & Manufacturing, Healthcare, Real Estate Owners & REITs, and Developers.

This role will be pivotal in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth by executing personalized campaigns tailored to each vertical's unique challenges and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing automation, with a proven track record of executing data-driven campaigns that influence revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, email, paid media, direct mail, events, and sales enablement) targeting priority accounts within each vertical. Ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs with a high-growth mindset.

  • Design and execute ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to engage high-value accounts through tailored messaging and personalized content.

  • Oversee the email marketing program , ensuring alignment with demand generation efforts, segmentation best practices, and automation strategies.

  • In partnership with sales, continue to build and refine our target account list. Use AI-driven analytics to inform content personalization and effectiveness.

  • Create compelling audience segments based on firmographics, intent data, and engagement insights to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.

  • Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, and sales to develop high-impact assets, including landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and ad creatives.

  • Partner with the events team to incorporate in-person and virtual events into broader campaign strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.

  • Manage and adhere to budget allocations . Forecast and report against key success metrics and show ROI against activities.

  • Stay informed about ABM best practices , especially those relevant to our clients' needs.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales & Business Development teams to ensure campaigns align with their priorities and target account strategies.

  • Provide account-level insights to sales, including engagement trends, key contacts, and recommended follow-ups.

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials , including email templates, call scripts, and presentation decks, to support outreach efforts.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion rates, influenced pipeline, and campaign ROI.

  • Leverage marketing analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to measure performance and optimize campaign strategies.

  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creatives, and email sequences to continuously improve effectiveness.

  • Monitor and enhance marketing automation workflows , ensuring seamless nurture journeys and lead handoff to sales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure vertical messaging aligns with Redaptive's value proposition and market positioning.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to optimize paid media campaigns and drive account engagement, and with the Partner Manager to optimize partner campaigns.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors to scale ABM and demand generation initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or field marketing.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth.

  • Strong understanding of ABM methodologies and experience with 1:1, 1**:few****, 1****:many** campaign approaches.

  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools).

  • Hands-on experience in email marketing strategy , including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as energy, real estate, industrial, or sustainability-focused solutions .

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and direct mail platforms (e.g., Sendoso, Alyce).

  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools (SalesLoft, Outreach) and their role in supporting demand generation.
