EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS

BCA is seeking Architectural Interns for Summer 2025. If you thrive on challenges and enjoy solving problems creatively, this internship will provide hands-on experience to build a strong foundation for your career.

As a BCA intern, you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers, working on real projects under the guidance of licensed professionals. Youll gain experience in schematic design, renderings, and construction documents, with opportunities to attend client meetings, visit construction sites, and engage in the day-to-day workings of the firm.

Beyond project experience, our internship program includes skill-building activities to support your professional growth. You'll gain insights into firm management, business development, and industry-related soft skills while also receiving portfolio and resume guidance.

What Youll Gain:

• Hands-on experience with design charettes and coordination meetings
• Direct involvement in construction projects
• Cross-discipline coordination throughout all project phases
• Constructability detailing and application of REVIT in a professional setting
• Resume and portfolio-building workshops
• Quality mentorship from experienced designers, architects, and firm leadership

Education Requirement:

• Actively enrolled in a bachelors degree program in architecture, preferably in the third or fourth year of study.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ideal candidates should be creative, energetic, committed, flexible, self-motivated, and a strong communicator.
• Proficient in design software. We use Revit at BCA.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to present to others in small and large group formats.
