Admission to the Bar in at least one of the following states: Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Texas, or Florida.

JOB OPPORTUNITY LOCATION - WILMINGTON, DELAWARE

2 Positions

What you will be doing:

• Handle bankruptcy and restructuring matters for clients in various industries.
• Provide legal counsel on a range of bankruptcy-related issues, including Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and adversary proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues.
• Prepare legal documents, motions, pleadings, and related filings.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Manage client relationships and maintain a high standard of client service.

Experience you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
• Admission to the Bar in at least one of the following states: Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Texas, or Florida.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual with a desire to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.
