Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bankruptcy Attorney at Neuhauser Law, PLLC located in Queens, NY. The Bankruptcy Attorney will be responsible for handling bankruptcy cases, representing debtors and creditors, filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, handling creditors' rights issues, and preparing motions related to bankruptcy proceedings.
