Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $31.00 to $36.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, preparing materials, and managing candidate communications.
• Review applications and share qualified candidates with hiring managers and department leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with onboarding tasks including offer letters, background checks, and orientation logistics.
• Help manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state recordkeeping regulations.

• 1-2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, especially with coursework in HR, recruiting, or legal studies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
