Volt is immediately hiring Clean Room Assemblers, in Camarillo, CA!.

As a Clean Room Assembler you will:

• Maintain a sterile environment following CGMP guidelines and cleanroom procedures.
• Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly.
• Clean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach.
• Use hand tools such as cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, and cutters.
• Read and interpret technical documents including diagrams, blueprints, and BoMs.
• Assemble products according to company standards and SOPs.
• Complete required documentation for each lot/batch.
• Inspect and clean components and finished assemblies.
• Report defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high productivity.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm, overtime may be required

Pay Rate: $19-20.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 40 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
