Dance Teacher Join Fred Astaire Dance Studios® to become a Dance Teacher. We are growing and looking for energetic, customer‑focused instructors who love interacting with people, staying active, and helping others reach their dance goals. As a Dance Teacher, you will conduct private and group classes throughout the week. You and the Fred Astaire team will help students reach personal dance goals, from single events to lifelong growth. You will work closely with students from all walks of life, enhancing their lives every day. Studio hours are regular, but you’ll also host events on weekday evenings and weekends, needing to attend with your students. Requirements Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance. Outstanding customer service skills. Understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to commit to the work. Hold themselves accountable. Unselfish team player. Eagerly accept coaching and feedback for improvement. Positive outlook – cup is always half full. Exceptional physical fitness/endurance to perform the role successfully. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.
