We’re bootstrapped, fast-moving, and customer-obsessed. We are looking for a scrappy, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take our growth to the next level. The Role As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and the hands‑on execution that drives the company's growth. You will handle a diverse range of marketing activities to expand digital presence and market reach. Based in the Houston, TX office, this role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with the Head of B2B sales. You will manage day‑to‑day marketing operations including content creation, email marketing, website management, social media, live and online event coordination, campaign execution, and assist with design deliverables. This role requires a versatile marketing professional who can handle the strategic plan and tactical execution across multiple digital marketing channels without too much oversight. Who You Are Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field 3-6 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technology companies HubSpot experience is a must Comfortable with early‑stage, startup work environments Strong writing and content creation skills with portfolio of published work Experience with website management and basic HTML/CSS knowledge, a plus Proficiency in social media management and content scheduling tools Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies Scrappy and self‑motivated with excellent project management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities Preferred Experience marketing software (SaaS) products to business customers Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization Experience working in fast‑paced startup environments Personal Attributes Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Creative problem‑solver who can work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and techniques Results‑driven with a focus on measurable outcomes What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to all aspects of digital marketing in a growing SaaS company Opportunity to build and refine a wide range of marketing skills Close collaboration with executive leadership Experience with cutting‑edge marketing technologies and platforms Career growth opportunities as the company expands Job Details Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Houston, TX Salary: $65‑80K (Depending on experience) Nature of Employment: Full Time Working Days: 5 days a week (M‑F) We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
