Equipment Service Technician

FULL-TIME

$27.93/hr

- Provides technical support for Evergreen filling machines by installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and servicing the equipment.
- Train customer personnel on proper operation and maintenance to ensure efficient packing output.
-Manages service activities to ensure timely support, safety, and achievement of productivity goals.
-Communicates with scheduling, management, departments, and customers.
-Advises on equipment issues and provides training on machine operation.
-Continuously develops skills for business and personal growth.
-Adheres to corporate compliance, safety, and ethical standards.
-Ensures high performance of equipment to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Ability to read electrical schematics, use meter & troubleshoot electrical circuits. Good working knowledge of pneumatics (valves, air cylinders, etc.) Valid driver’s license. Possess a passport for possible international travel or the ability to obtain one within the first year of hire. Working knowledge to verify inputs & outputs of a PLC and other analog components from HMI (Note: not required to program PLC or trouble shoot PLC programs) Experience in operating / maintaining packaging equipment or equivalent in dairy / juice industry. Knowledge or troubleshooting of electrical systems (single & three phase) Knowledge or troubleshooting 4-20mA circuits/devices.
