Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and a comprehensive understanding of various legal areas, including family law, Probate, and Trusts. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to draft legal documents effectively while providing exceptional client service. The Estate Planning Attorney will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex legal matters related to estate planning and asset management.

*Duties*

* Provide expert legal advice on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and probate issues.
* Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Coordinate Legal Signings
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored estate plans that reflect their goals.
* Stay updated on changes in laws related to estate planning, Real Estate law, and Medicaid Planning
* Maintain organized records of client interactions and case progress within the office.

*Skills*

* Proficient in estate planning principles and practices.
* Knowledgeable in family law
* Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
* Demonstrated experience in legal drafting and administrative tasks within a law office setting.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
