Typical Hourly Compensation (includes base, tips, and commission)

• Following Training: $18 - $24 / hour
• 4-6 Months after start: $25 - $35 / hour
• Approaching 1 year and beyond: $35 - $60+ / hour

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to work regularly scheduled 3 to 5 days (25-35 hours) per week.
• At a minimum, we are currently needing Monday closing (2pm-8pm), Friday opening (8:30am-2:30pm), and Sundays (8:30am-3pm).
• Current Illinois Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
• Team-players who are empathic, coachable, and flexible.
• Positive outlook and coping skills.
• Able to stand and move around while waxing for the majority of shift.
