We are seeking versatile and skilled Technicians and Fabricators. Fabricators with experience in welding/Fabrication. The Tech role requires a strong mechanical background in diesel engine repair and diagnostics. The ideal candidates will ensure that our fleet and equipment operate safely and efficiently, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent communication.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team. MWS is in need of 2 A-level Techs and 2 Fabricators.

*Key Responsibilities:*
*Diesel/Semi-Truck Technician*
* Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and related systems.
* Perform routine maintenance, disassembly/reassembly, and component alignment to ensure optimal engine performance.
* Perform general repairs on semi-trucks, including body parts, suspension, lighting, and other components.
* Service and maintain various equipment, including forklifts, loaders, and other heavy machinery.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems within diesel-powered equipment.
* Inspect and repair brake, air, electrical, and suspension systems.
* Conduct trailer PM and DOT inspections.
* Operate the Diagnostic tools provided
*Semi-Trailer Fabricator*
* Fabricate and weld aluminum components as needed for equipment repair or modification.
* Have a diverse background in welding all types of metals, specializing in aluminum is a plus for this position.
*General Duties:*
* All technicians must maintain accurate service records, including parts used and work performed within the maintenance software supplied.
* Communicate clearly with management regarding service updates and needs.
* Follow all safety protocols in shop and field environments.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in diesel engine diagnostics and repair.
* Proficiency in aluminum welding and fabrication.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
* Valid driver’s license required; CDL A/B preferred.
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
