Akkodis is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for a Contract job with a client in Maricopa, AZ . The ideal candidate should have skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and drywall repairs. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.

Rate Range: $22/hour to $25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Facility Maintenance Technician job responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine inspections of equipment and facilities

• Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Carrying out drywall repairs and painting tasks

• Maintaining accurate records using a CMMS system

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience

• Strong mechanical knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Ability to read prints, schematics, and manuals

• Experience with drywall repairs and painting

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is desirable.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
