Gpac is currently in collaboration with a prominent farm operation in Northwest Kansas that is seeking a Farm Operations Manage r to join their team!
As the Farm Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the farm. Your duties will involve overseeing the crew, providing direction and guidance, managing equipment logistics, coordinating maintenance, and supervising planting and harvesting activities. Your expertise in grain storage, input purchasing, and crop sales will be highly valued, along with your strong understanding of farm technology and its integration into equipment.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Farm Operations Management is highly preferred
- Familiarity with row crops is highly preferred
- Communicate openly and work effectively with Farm Owner and Farm Hands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- The farm boasts a high-tech environment, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with a thorough understanding of equipment technology
