What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Front Desk:

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, bookings and growing professionally
• Provide information on daycare, boarding, and grooming services
• Check pets in and out with efficiency and care
• Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism

Administrative Duties:

• Manage scheduling and appointments for daycare, boarding, and grooming
• Maintain accurate records, including pet health info and special instructions
• Process payments and manage the POS system
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming

Facility Operations & Pet Care Coordination:

• Ensure client files are up-to-date with vaccinations and medical info
• Assist with pet pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring smooth transitions
• Work with the daycare team to communicate special pet care instructions
• Safely manage moving pets in and out of lobby areas

Marketing & Engagement:

• Promote additional services and products to clients
• Help with social media updates and marketing initiatives
• Create fun pet report cards and new client welcome gifts
• Encourage positive client feedback and reviews
• Creative background or skills

✔ Customer Service Rockstar: Friendly, professional, and great with people
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized: Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
✔ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using booking/scheduling software
✔ Reliable & Punctual: We need team players who show up and give 100%
✔ Physically Capable: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✔ Flexible Schedule: Must be available for weekends atelast one day per month and holidays

Monday - Friday: 6:00AM - 11:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 6 PM
