Job Description

We are working with a well-established non-profit organization who is looking to bring on a Support Coordinator to their existing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and print donor acknowledgment letters and tribute cards, then prepare them for mailing.
  • Manage donor inquiries via email and phone.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate reconciliation of donation records.
  • Perform routine data cleanup
  • Assist the Development Director in researching potential donor profiles.
  • Record donations, pledges, gifts, cash, checks, and online contributions in Salesforce.
  • Monitor the database for errors
  • Provide general assistance to the team and take on additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • 2-4+ years of experience
  • Ability to input and retrieve accurate data from Salesforce and use Excel and Salesforce dashboards for reports
