ABR is recruiting for a temporary  Human Resources Assistant to work on-site at Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This position is set to start December 15th through the end of March 2026 (estimated). The hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., M-F. 

The  Human Resources Assistant supports daily human resources operations and plays a key role in ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience. This role assists with employee records management and general HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while providing excellent internal customer service.

Requirements
Education & Experience

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus but not required

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency with MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Customer-service mindset with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
