We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our clients Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports business processes and operations efficiently. Position Overview:
This candidate will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the current Salesforce environment. You will gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the platform is optimized to meet evolving business needs. You will configure and maintain Salesforce to support business processes, workflows, and automation while collaborating with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience (in the US), with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Previous large enterprise experince developing apex batch jobs, SOQL, and other tools for data management.
• Experince with core web technologies, including HTML5, CSS#, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
