Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Leasing Agent in Leland, NC!

Are you a people person with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team at an apartment complex in Leland, NC. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be pivotal in welcoming potential tenants and showcasing our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available apartments, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct tours of the property, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing rental applications and collecting necessary documentation.
• Follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions and facilitate the leasing process.
• Maintain organized records of leasing activity and tenant interactions.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or real estate is preferred.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00
