Responsibilities Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients Schedule and organize buyer tours Meet with buyers to view and tour properties Assist the lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead Agent after the lead Agent has completed a buyer analysis Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes Development and training to become a full-time experienced agent Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information Attend all office training for working with buyer clients Convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments Conduct buyer consultation appointments Obtain buyer client signatures on buyer agency agreements Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender Prospect for buyer leads Overcome buyer objections Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with strong time management High school diploma Reliable vehicle Additional Requirements Professional in attitude and appearance Attend all office training for working with buyer clients Organized and with great attention to detail Flexibility as it relates to buyer schedules and needs Self-motivated and a fast learner Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information Flexibility in schedule to allow for after-hours/weekend tasks as needed Experience using Google Drive Compensation $40,000–$75,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Mariel G Weiss Team
