Noble Mentors is a team of professional mentors who support teens and young adults in building lives of independence, purpose, and integrity. We work alongside therapists, parents, and other care providers to create a consistent, real-world structure of support. Our approach blends practical life skills with emotional awareness, authentic relationship, and personal responsibility.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced mentor or coach trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to work with a client in Superior, CO who is in treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The client already has a therapist and other members of a support team — this mentor’s role is to help bridge the gap between therapy and daily life.
The ERP Mentor will guide the client in applying ERP principles in real-world situations, supporting exposures, reinforcing progress, and helping the client build confidence and autonomy outside of session work. This position requires warmth, patience, and skill in balancing challenge with compassion.
If the collaboration is a good fit, there is the potential for additional mentoring cases within Noble Mentors.
