Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across various business sectors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and make sales calls to promote services.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with clients online.
• Support marketing and sales efforts while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Office Management, inventory, employee orientation, and hiring process.

The Perfect Fit:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media management.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle are required.
• Spanish/ English Bilingual is a plus!
