We're seeking a Remote Online Chat Representative is responsible for assisting customers, providing information, and resolving issues via online chat platforms. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
-Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues by offering solutions and alternatives.
-Provide accurate product or service information based on customer needs.
-Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate communication.
-Escalate issues that require further assistance or special handling to the appropriate department.
-Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
-Record detailed information regarding customer interactions in the company's customer management system.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions.
-Meet performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Experience:
-Previous experience in customer service or an online support role preferred.
-Experience with live chat platforms, helpdesk software, or CRM tools is a plus.
-Experience working remotely or managing work independently is beneficial.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
