BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Patrol assigned parking lot to monitor cars and contents and ensure that only authorized persons are on the lot
• Ensure vehicles do not exceed parking lot time limitation
• Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot
• Provide directions to various locations for school function
• Register student vehicles and maintain accurate records of registration
• Drive campus officers to and from assigned area
• Report any suspicious acts to supervisor
• Write reports of any unusual activities or incident
• Follow assigned work schedule
• Attend all scheduled meetings called by supervisor
• Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned

Salary commensurate with education and experience Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines. A campus-based employee may not assume a new position for which he/she was selected based upon the posting process until the end of the current semester, unless approved by the chief officer - Human Capital Management. QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or USA equivalency
• Six months of work related experience
• Demonstrated completion of or enrollment in a state-approved security-training course
• Demonstrated ability to observe and report unusual activities or incident
• Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot
