Job Description

**Job Title: Part-Time Call Center Representative**

**Overview:**
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Call Center Representative! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and customer service efforts. You will provide friendly and efficient technical assistance over the phone to our network of over 240 partners, helping them troubleshoot gaming machine issues. Your expertise will ensure that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle an average of 50-65 incoming and outgoing calls daily, addressing customer needs, concerns, and service inquiries.
- Create, manage, and close service tickets as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Strive to increase the percentage of issues resolved remotely, contributing to overall efficiency.
- Prioritize and organize calls based on urgency to provide prompt assistance.
- Monitor the routes and statuses of field technicians and collectors to optimize their daily schedules.
- Maintain accurate call logs, records, and other essential documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with location owners and team members, ensuring they feel supported and appreciated.
- Utilize relevant software, databases, and communication tools effectively to enhance service delivery.
- Communicate low-level alerts to the technician and collection teams to ensure swift action.

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for learning and professional growth.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-focused environment is preferred.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts.
