What You'll Do:
Create an Awesome Gaming Experience – Assist customers, provide gaming recommendations, and ensure everyone has an incredible time.
️ Manage & Maintain Gaming Equipment – Keep PCs and consoles updated, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top-tier gaming performance.
Host & Run Events – Help manage gaming tournaments, birthday parties, and community esports events.
️ Stock & Merchandise – Keep the gaming center stocked with snacks, drinks, and merchandise while keeping the area clean and organized.
Assist with Customer Service – Answer questions, help with memberships, and provide top-notch support in-store and online.
☀️ Summer Camp Leadership (May–August) – Opportunities for extended hours during the summer to help run gaming and esports camps for kids!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Must be at least 20 years old – Due to the nature of the role, all employees must be at least 20 years old.
✅ Passion for Gaming & Esports – You love video games and know your way around PCs and consoles.
✅ Great with Kids & Families – You enjoy working with kids and helping families have an awesome experience.
✅ High Level of Personal Hygiene & Professionalism – As you’ll be interacting with customers, especially kids and parents, we expect clean attire, good hygiene, and a professional attitude at all times.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable troubleshooting minor tech issues with gaming equipment and software.
✅ Dependable & Hardworking – You show up on time, take initiative, and work well in a team.
✅ Availability for Evenings & Weekends – Our busiest times are after school, in the evenings, and on weekends.
✅ Background Check Required – All employees must pass a background check before being hired.

Position Details:
Pay Rate: $13.75/hour
⏳ Hours: Part-time (10-16 hours per week, evening and weekend availability required)
