Job Title: Process Operator

Weekly Pay || $22 an hour || Campbellsburg, KY

Job Description

Candidates will mainly focus on dumping and filling bourbon barrels. They will be on their feet for most of the shift, rolling, maneuvering, and setting barrels up for storage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help in daily set-ups
• Take responsibility for line stoppages and re-deploy other line personnel to attend to issues
• Assist in training the team to quickly identify/troubleshoot issues and make correct adjustments/corrections
• Provide real-time feedback for shift supervisors
• Assist with general housekeeping/sanitation duties
• Perform other tasks to keep the line producing a safe and standards met product

Work Environment

This is a small, non-union environment with 12 associates plus management working on each line. The environment is non-climate controlled but very comfortable due to having guests tour the production floor. There are only two bottling lines next to each other, but they are rearranging things as they grow to add more lines. The shift is 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.71 - $22.71/hr.
