We at Coforge are looking for a Product Coach with the following skills:

Job Description

  • The Product Coach helps organizations to deliver greater value by working with the Business Owner, Product Owner, Scrum Master and POD to Foster product thinking.
  • Optimize portfolio, product, and team backlogs based on value delivered.
  • Enable a customer centric approach to drive innovation.
  • Guide teams in defining clear product visions and Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Work with the Business Owner and Product Owner to align product decisions with business goals and customer needs.
  • Coach and train Business Owners and Product Owners on portfolio management.
  • Coach and train Business Owners and Product Owners of value-based prioritization.
  • Coach Scrum Master, Tech Lead, and POD on transforming business outcomes into working software.
  • Work with Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PODs to setup ALM tools to track continuous value delivery.
  • Work with the Product Management and Product Owners on creating and prioritizing Epics, Features, and Stories.
  • Enable data-driven decision making at the portfolio, product, and team levels.
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel (Up to 50%) .

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent Consulting, Communication, and Conflict Resolution Skills.
  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Project to Product / Value Stream Transformations.
  • Must be fluent in and successfully deployed products in an enterprise Agile Methodology in particular Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, and Disciplined Agile Delivery.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive collaborative approaches.
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related.
  • Management Consulting Experience.
  • Agile Alliance Affiliation, SPC Certification.
  • 15+ years managing software programs, with at least 8 Agile and Lean transformations.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related.
