Our client, a leading technology corporation, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Microsoft 365 Services team supporting proactive customer communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Pay Range: 39-42/hr W2 What’s the Job?- Create clear, concise, and timely change communications for new Microsoft 365 features via the Microsoft 365 Message Center.
- Update existing communications to ensure accuracy and relevance for customers.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Marketing Program Managers to gather necessary information for communications.
- Manage multiple small communication projects and meet established deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with partners through email, Teams, and voice to facilitate the communication process.
What’s Needed?- 2-4 years of overall experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to accomplish tasks.
