Description: Full Time Opportunity! 2nd Shift (4 shifts per week) RN/LPN RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.Weekday Shift (2:45P-11:15p) Differential: +$2.00 per hourWeekend Shift (2:45P-11:15p) Differential: +$3.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities;

· Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.

· Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.

· Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements:

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Long-term care experience preferred

· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
