Our client, in the scientific industry, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of the Sales Division supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite with remote work options on Mondays and/or Thursdays) What's the Job? Outline and maintain a Salesforce.com strategy and roadmap, highlighting sales division needs in alignment with organizational functions. Drive decisions on additional capability delivery, including the purchase of third-party software and updates to the existing Salesforce instance. Monitor user adoption across the organization and provide onboarding for new support personnel. Facilitate interactive meetings with management to develop requirements based on business needs. Work closely with business users and Technology to design, manage, and execute Salesforce configuration projects. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science. 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com for a rapidly scaling organization. Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool for complex processes. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, fields, and dashboards. Salesforce.com certification preferred. What's in it for me?
