Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Strong knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). • Experience with Vertex O Series and its integration with SAP. • Proficiency in SAP tax configuration, including tax codes, jurisdiction codes, and condition records. • Familiarity with SAP ABAP debugging to analyze tax calculation issues. • Understanding of indirect tax regulations (e.g., VAT, sales tax, use tax). • Ability to work with SAP integration tools (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs) for data exchange with Vertex.

Design, configure, and maintain the SAP Vertex tax solution to ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations. • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to optimize tax calculation and reporting processes. • Integrate Vertex with SAP modules (FI, SD, MM) and troubleshoot tax-related issues. • Support tax audits by providing accurate transaction data and reports. • Ensure system upgrades and patches are implemented without disrupting tax operations.

Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000 a year
