Swoon is proud to partner directly with one of the nation’s leading airlines. We’re currently hiring for a Senior Information Security Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Location: Fully On-Site in Fort Worth Texas

Join a dynamic Information Security team where you'll play a critical role in protecting systems, data, and infrastructure. This role supports the operational and strategic efforts of the Credit Union's Information Security department, with responsibilities that include system monitoring, risk assessments, policy administration, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems for suspicious activity and investigate security events
• Support security risk assessments and business continuity planning
• Help develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
• Provide guidance on secure configurations for IT projects
• Promote internal security awareness (e.g., phishing simulations and training)
• Lead or support the implementation of security technologies
• Ensure compliance with least privilege access policies
• Collaborate across departments and provide advanced technical support
• Stay current on evolving threats and emerging technologies

Senior Analyst Additions:

• Lead threat detection, response, and vulnerability assessments
• Define and review system security requirements and architecture
• Develop and document protocols and mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• This role requires a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to securing information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience with deployment and configuration of technologies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours when needed
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, COBIT, SANS)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an IT discipline from an accredited University, plus three or more years of information security experience
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GIAC)
• Cyberark experience
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and enterprise technologies (e.g., Active Directory, DLP, IDS/IPS, antivirus tools)
