Job Description

Produces accurate and periodic financial reports and maintains a system of supporting records of accounting with a set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risks. Tracks efficiency and productivity of accounts payable, receivables, credits and collections, payroll, inventory integrity, and fixed assets records made by subordinates. Complies with government regulatory reporting and tax filings. Coordinates for the provision of information to external auditors. Provides financial analysis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. Manages outsource firms, commercial banking relationships, audit firms, banks, lessors, insurance companies, and overseas subsidiaries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Years of experience in financial management and accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Standard office environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required.
