Job Description What you'll do: Identify trends, tentpole moments, and culturally relevant topics that our community cares about most on a daily basis while also being hyper reactive to new unexpected moments that arise during your shift. Surface timely, trending, and fresh publicly submitted content. Engage in ongoing conversations with engineering, moderation, and product teams to communicate and resolve any issues that arise during your shift. Required Skills Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: An expert in US short form video trends, major pop culture moments, and timely tentpole events. Deep understanding of Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials. A highly motivated teammate who is hyper reactive, proactive, and a skilled communicator. Outstanding research and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail. Strong editorial eye and understanding of what makes an engaging piece of content. Someone up-to-date on pop culture, trends, and current events. Required Education BA or BS degree or experience in a relevant field. Desired Skills Obsessed with internet trends, pop culture, and hyper timely moments. Someone who has a flexible schedule and the ability to work during nights and weekends, as needed.
