THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE
The Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst will be instrumental in advancing critical supply chain initiatives and improvements. This role will lead the resolution of key decisions by collaborating with business and IT subject matter experts to evaluate current processes and contribute to effective solution design.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Compile and manage a comprehensive register of active IT items in Supply Chain with IT, covering in-progress projects, unresolved defects, and pending enhancements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, IT, finance, and external partners, to align on solutions and timelines
- Leverage systemic knowledge and end-to-end understanding of supply chain process flows to identify efficiencies, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
- Support in driving forward solutions and determine the most appropriate path forward in complex or undefined situations to maintain momentum and achieve objectives
- Develop and manage detailed timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution of solutions
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities within the item list, proactively managing mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to Supply Chain operations
- Provide context, decision rationale, options considered, and the design recommendations for all critical decisions
- Ensure effective communication of all key initiatives to encourage a consistent understanding of the reasons for, direction of, and expected results of each effort
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and item tracking by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future initiatives.
- Manage issue resolution against multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain strategies and organizational priorities.
- Interface with project leads and acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, expedite solutioning, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
- Responsible for managing, analyzing and communicating status updates & actionable recommendations for improvements to Supply Chain leadership and stakeholders
- Provide timely and accurate communications to stakeholders, including overall status, health, and business benefits tracking for initiatives.
- Define, facilitate implementation, and apply standard processes for defect prioritization, escalation, and resolution processes
- Follow up on actions quickly, address any difficulties, and escalate issues, where necessary.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of work and education experience
- Broad working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and operations
- Familiarity with supply chain distribution operations and warehouse management systems including Manhattan WMS, SAP, and COFE WCS
- Strong time-management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines simultaneously
- Project experience with an IT component/work-stream
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is desired
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power-Point
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external teams
- Demonstrated planning and execution skills with a record of leading projects to obtain tangible business results
- Ability to influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of management
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
The pay range for this position is $76,100.00 - $97,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
