Job Description

We are representing an industry leading manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Staff Accountant for their profitable manufacturing facility. This organization is the industry leader in their respective product line and have a proven track record of success. This position would report to their Sr. Plant Controller.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Oversee and streamline billing and collection processes
• Support team of collections and payables clerks
• Oversee and assist with the cleanup of overdue or short paid invoices
• Maintain various records, ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Responsible for the recordation of Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules and reconciliation of Fixed Assets, Tooling and Other Assets accounts.
• Provides management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures.
• Conduct variance analysis for multiple departments/programs.
• Assist with the completion of internal and external audits and compliance reporting requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Candidate should be well versed in Excel
• Experience with Epicor Manufacturing ERP Systems preferred
