About the Role: Join us in Mooresville, NC, for an exciting opportunity as a Thermoforming Process Specialist . Start right away!

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (On-call for emergencies)

Compensation: $31.20/hourly, paid weekly.

Safety First:

• Always remain conscious of safety protocols.
• Execute all operations following designated safety measures, like lockout/tag-out.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workspace.
• Promptly communicate any safety-related issues to supervision.

What We Need:

• Preferably, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Over five years of industry experience in thermoforming.
• Completion of Level 4 operator training or comparable expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical acumen.
• Self-sufficient and capable team collaborator.
• Readiness to work overtime and varied shifts.

Physical Demands:

• Be prepared for prolonged standing or walking.
• Expect frequent reaching and handling activities.
• Occasional lengthy walks over 500 feet.
• Lifting needs will be up to 40 lbs.
• Stay ready for a dynamic manufacturing ambience.

Operational Excellence:

• Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proactively report any equipment or facility issues.
• Take charge to address and resolve failures quickly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Adjust process settings on thermoforming lines before production begins.
• Prepare blending equipment for production runs effectively.
• Address and solve process challenges during operations.
• Guide and teach operators about equipment setup.
• Accurate paperwork completion without delay.
• Assist in product improvement and documentation.
• Ready to help during extra hours according to demands.

Your Proficiency Should Include:

• Mechanical problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Nylon materials like Nylon 6 and 66
  Nylon PA6
• Thermoforming and Injection Molding knowhow
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
