Description

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our Commitment+ team! As a Transaction Coordinator, you are the go-to person for our borrowers and help provide them with the best-in-class customer service in a timely manner; no two days are the same.

What Youll Do
  • Gather documentation, perform data entry, reconcile budgets, manage draws, and oversee servicing portfolio management daily.
  • Review, analyze, and process loan draws for construction projects, order inspections, disburse funds, review invoices, lien waivers, and budgets.
  • Manage loan maturity dates, process extensions and modifications to keep the servicing portfolio current.
  • Review account history, coordinate with borrowers to keep accounts up to date, collect payments on past due accounts, and recommend actions for non-responsive borrowers.
  • Flag exceptions and borrower concerns to the asset management team, and place loans on the watch list as needed.
  • Provide excellent servicing to borrowers, including communication and updates on draws, and proactively coach borrowers on submission tools.
  • Coordinate third-party services such as appraisals, titles, flood determinations, etc.
  • Communicate with loan officers and borrowers via telephone and email, requesting documentation, answering questions, and providing status updates.
  • Order and review inspection reports, date downs, or lien searches.
  • Clear post-funding conditions related to draw processing.
Requirements
  • Experience working with top hundred builders nationwide is required.
  • Three to five years of construction draw experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and resolve discrepancies effectively.
