We offer every day and seasonal solutions to 3 macro channels: Gourmet, Food Manufacturing and Consumer Product (Retail). “Extraordinary made simple" Essential Responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance tasks, including completion of all related documentation. Troubleshoots & maintains PLCs and variable speed drive controlled equipment. Troubleshoots equipment process controls, instrumentation, & calibration. Installs, bends, and runs conduit and wiring, rigid aluminum and emt. Comprehends and verifies wiring diagrams. Project planning, equipment upgrades, modification, and new installation. Performs mechanical work, valve replacement, bearing replacement, and motor & gearbox replacement. Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs controllers including hydraulics and pneumatics. Provides assistance to facility, line, machine, mechanics, and operators. Provides essential documentation and completes research for root cause analysis when needed. Affirms maintenance role in the HACCP procedure along with all other departments. Able to assess and function effectively in an ever-changing environment. On call or able to reply to calls after hours. Be able to communicate between multiple departments in scheduling work. Maintain a clean work area. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Electrical and mechanical ability as defined. HS diploma or GED. Demonstrated work experience in an industrial environment. Technical school training in the form of certified courses, technical degree or related experience. Facility and facility support equipment training or experience. Refrigeration and/or ammonia refrigeration experience or training. Electrician Classified as General Business Appropriate English language ability in order to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
