Human Resources Generalist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join their team. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in benefits administration, HR processes, and data management. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: Oversee FMLA, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, vacation payouts, and ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations
• HR Operations: Manage onboarding and offboarding, PTO requests, and employee performance review processes
• HR Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports using Paychex, Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), and MS Office
• Process & Policy Compliance: Maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to manage expectations, provide HR insights, and support strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on benefits and leaves administration and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Paychex
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and stay composed under pressure
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
