What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with internal business teams to deliver projects from design to completion
Plan and manage project schedules and budgets
Monitor project progress from inception through delivery
Lead process improvements and organizational change initiatives
Create and manage business documentation such as requirements and training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
Operational process improvement experience
Healthcare industry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
Strong presentation and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

5-7 years of program and/or project management experience
Managed care experience
Experience in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired
